When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Heroes Collectibles reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any reason at its discretion.

Your order is not accepted until Heroes Collectibles confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Heroes Collectibles may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, particularly for customized or made-to-order products.

If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.

Heroes Collectibles currently ships within the United States. UPS is our primary shipping carrier.

Please allow approximately 7–10 days for order fulfillment before shipment. Fulfillment times may vary depending on the product and order requirements, particularly for customized or made-to-order products.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Heroes Collectibles is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Heroes Collectibles.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Heroes Collectibles, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Heroes Collectibles.
