Shipping policy

Heroes Collectibles currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. We plan to expand shipping to Canada in the future.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Please allow approximately 7–10 days for your order to be fulfilled before shipment.

Because some Heroes Collectibles products are customized or made to order, fulfillment times may vary depending on the product and order requirements.

Shipping Carrier

UPS is our primary shipping carrier. Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at hello@theherocollectibles.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund.

Returns
